NOTE

Couriers are currently unable to ship  parcels to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box listed as your ship-to address, please kindly email us at befree@nomadicaclothing.com with an alternate address.

COURIER

All USA & IN STOCK orders are shipped with USPS.

ALL INTERNATIONAL & PRE-ORDER orders are shipped with DHL, FEDEX or UPS.

DUTY & CUSTOMS

At this time the majority of styles are shipped from our Warehouse within the USA.
Pre-orders are shipped from our Production in India.

Duty, if applicable, is the customer’s responsibility and will be paid directly to the carrier.

The Courier will contact you via text message to inform you of the amount due and how to pay.

If duty has not been pre-paid, Courier will refuse to deliver and your order will be shipped back to us. If this happens, we will gladly re-ship your order to you; however, a re-shipping fee of $25USD will apply to cover shipping cost.

PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY

IN-STOCK Orders within USA (shipped from our Warehouse within the USA):

All orders will be prepared for shipping within 1-3 days of order.

Once shipped, typical delivery time can range from 2-4 business days depending on the ship-to address and other variables.

PRE-ORDER & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (outside USA) (shipped from our Production in India):

All orders will be prepared for shipping within 7-10 days of order.

Once shipped, typical delivery time can range from 5-7 business days depending on the ship-to address and other variables.

Tracking information will be sent to you via email within 3 days after your order has shipped.

The shipping of any physical goods is processed through our internal team fulfillment centre. We make no promise or guarantee (expressed or implied) as to the time of your product delivery.

We offer complimentary tracking with every order. You will receive an Email with a tracking update within 3 days after your order has been shipped
